Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Office (PMO) Responsibilities:
· Develop and enforce project management standards, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
· Lead portfolio governance, project prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
· Monitor project performance metrics, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
· Partner with leadership to align projects with business strategy and value delivery.
· Provide training, mentorship, and support to project and program managers.
· Drive resource management, capacity planning, and project pipeline visibility.

Delivery on internal and external product stakeholders’ expectations.

Stays abreast of changes in project management and quality assurance best practices and current industry trends, introducing these ideas to Arbella when appropriate.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience in project/portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SmartSheet).
Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting KPIs.
Exposure to compliance, risk, and audit processes is an advantage.
Training, Education, Special Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
Strong facilitation, presentation, influencing and relationship management skills.
PMP, PMI-ACP or ScrumMaster certification preferred.
Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary wage range for this position is approximately $140,000 - $160,000 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
