The Role

The Manager, Integrated Marketing serves as the engine behind successful go-to-market execution. You'll translate brand strategy, product messaging, and business priorities into integrated campaigns, launch plans, and customer-facing experiences that connect with customers across every touchpoint. Working across Brand, Creative, Channel, Marketing Operations, and key business partners, you'll coordinate execution, develop campaign assets, and ensure launches are delivered with consistency, quality, and speed. As part of a newly established Integrated Marketing team, you'll play a key role in shaping the operating model, building scalable processes, and establishing best practices that enable future growth via high-impact go-to-market execution.  

Campaign Execution & Go-to-Market Activation
  • Coordinates cross-functional campaign deliverables, timelines, and launch activities across Brand, Creative, Channel, and Marketing Operations to deliver integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Develops integrated campaign plans that translate product, brand, and business priorities into customer-facing go-to-market execution
  • Creates launch enablement materials: messaging guides, toolkits, and readiness resources for consistent activation.
  • Manages day-to-day campaign operations, keeping deliverables on time and escalating risks as needed.
Cross-Functional Orchestration
  • Owns day-to-day campaign orchestration across channels, including App + Ecomm, ensuring consistent activation throughout the customer journey.
  • Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for campaign stakeholders, driving communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinates campaign intake, prioritization, and launch readiness reviews, partnering with Marketing Operations to manage timelines, milestones, and execution plans.
  • Maintains visibility across concurrent campaigns, flagging dependencies and execution risks.
Product & GTM Activation
  • Translates product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and proof points into campaign briefs, customer-facing communications, and integrated marketing assets.
  • Develops campaign messaging and launch materials that support product lifecycle initiatives, feature releases, promotional offers, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Supports new product, feature, and business launches by coordinating cross-functional readiness and ensuring launch deliverables are completed on schedule.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinates campaign retrospectives and performance insights with Analytics and Channel teams.
  • Tracks campaign execution metrics, identifies opportunities to improve planning and execution, and provides recommendations
  • Maintains campaign documentation and best practices to improve repeatability for future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, product marketing, or go-to-market marketing, with experience translating business strategy into customer-facing campaigns
  • Experience planning and activating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple owned and paid channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple launches, stakeholders, and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to translate product and brand strategy into clear campaign briefs, messaging, and customer-facing marketing materials for Creative and Channel teams to activate. 
  • Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Channel, and Analytics teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to keep stakeholders aligned and issues moving to resolution.

The target annual base pay range for this role is $141,000 - $188,000.

This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. We carefully tailor individual compensation packages, including base pay, taking into consideration employees’ job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and other relevant business factors. 

Beyond base pay, we offer a Total Rewards package that may include participation in our annual bonus program, equity, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and lifestyle benefits. More details can be found here.
