We're looking for a Manager, Insight Analytics to lead our Insights practice, which is responsible for showcasing the many use cases for Antenna data. In this role, you will use Antenna data, which originates from transaction data on millions of US panelists, to expand knowledge of Subscriber behavior. You will craft data stories and be a key driver of customer revenue retention and acquisition. Your data stories will also drive increased understanding of subscriber behavior across the industry, frequently highlighted in the press. You will be a close collaborator with our client service, sales, and marketing teams, often presenting to executive audiences. And, you will leverage your operational and project management expertise to improve and build up our insight practice in efficient and smart ways. 

You will report to our VP, Ops. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • You will be an expert in Antenna data and support our customers in expanding their understanding of subscriber behavior
  • Analyze subscriber behavior data and develop insight reports for recurring, ad-hoc or executive presentations. Partner closely with the Director of Strategy and other Antenna executives in high priority initiatives 
  • Own and improve insight workflows to ensure efficiency of delivery, including management of team delivery calendars, systems, etc. And, develop and maintain analyst best practices 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing leadership to deliver on key business goals objectives
  • Develop a team of insight analysts - providing guidance on data analysis, storytelling best practices, etc.
  • Collaborate with product cross-functional partners to increase efficiencies in how data is transformed into insights, especially Data Operations and Data Services

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of analytics, insight experience, and 2+ year of team management experience
  • Expert at analyzing and transforming large amounts of information into clear, compelling data stories.  Bonus: Previous experience working with transaction data
  • Proven experience in successfully collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience in defining best practices in analyst workflows, finding efficiencies in processes, and measuring effectiveness of new operational programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; takes into considerations how systems will scale beyond today
  • Strong communication skills and well versed in presenting to clients
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint, and business intelligence tools, like Looker or Tableau. Working understanding of SQL for querying large databases
  • Self-starter who thrives on receiving and giving feedback in fast moving environments
  • Bonus: Deeply interested in the media & entertainment industry, and how data can help inform customer decision-making

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is an annual base salary range of $110,000 - $150,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
