Perfect Bar is on the lookout for an influencer marketing maven. As our newest team member, you'll be the driving force behind our influencer marketing strategy, bringing your innovative ideas to life and reshaping the way we engage with our audience. You'll also spearhead our brand partnerships - cultivating unique and memorable brand experiences for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead paid and earned influencer marketing strategies for all product launches and ongoing, evergreen brand initiatives.
- Oversee external agencies to foster an environment that inspires and facilitates authentic storytelling.
- Build and maintain relationships with key, macro and long term influencers, inclusive of scouting, negotiating contracts and overseeing content deliverables.
- Spearhead our organic seeding strategy aimed at sparking earned conversations, inclusive of sourcing and managing seeding agencies, fulfilment, and creative execution.
- Harness influencer analytics platforms and competitive insights to craft data-driven, top-tier strategies and disruptive content plans.
- Oversee the development of platform-specific influencer action plans, including playbooks, best practices, campaigns, and evergreen storytelling for existing and emerging channels.
- Spearhead brand partnership programs, cultivating robust brand connections, and orchestrating impactful activations from concept to implementation.
- Support and oversee key events and experiences relating to influencer and brand partnerships.
- Manage the influencer and partnership budget to maximize the impact of each activation.
- Define and manage goals and KPIs for influencer and partnerships, ensuring they are being met and scaled.
- Partner closely with paid media and organic social partners to develop engagement-driving content.

- A highly creative content wizard with a deep understanding of the creator economy on all platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social and content strategies, with a knack for measuring success.
- Out-of-the-box thinking to develop innovative ways to engage potential consumers through content creators.
- Exceptional collaborator with a keen sense of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Competencies & Skills:

- Proven experience rolling out creator campaigns across social media

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of influencer marketing experience in food, beverage, beauty, health & wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Talent management experience, including macro influencers
- Brand partnership experience
- A trend spotter with a strong pulse on competitive, cultural and social happenings, with the ability to quickly activate against key trends
- Passion for content creation, social media and relationship building
- Strong grasp of social media platforms and their metrics
- Experience with influencer sourcing and analytics platforms
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, juggling multiple projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing a major brand's influencer program, particularly on TikTok and Instagram
- Experience managing a major brand's brand partnerships program
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
