We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and people-first Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of high-performing sellers. This role is ideal for a builder, someone who thrives on recruiting top talent, instilling a culture of winning, and driving enterprise pipeline from creation to close. You’ll be responsible for executing a high-impact turnaround plan focused on leadership, process, and performance. 

 
As Director of Enterprise Sales, you will:  

  • Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier enterprise sellers  
  • Build a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and execution  
  • Drive pipeline creation across outbound, inbound, and partner channels  
  • Lead with data—forecast accurately, manage KPIs, and optimize performance  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, tools, and enablement  
  • Champion change and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Build Foundation for Scalable Growth  

  • You will be responsible for building and reinforcing the foundation for long-term success:  
  • Right Leaders – Hire and develop frontline leaders who model excellence  
  • Right People – Recruit and retain sellers who can generate and close enterprise business  
  • Right Processes – Implement scalable, repeatable sales motions  

 

Deliver on Key Targets  

  • You’ll lead the team to deliver on these critical performance areas:  
  • Large deal motion and enterprise selling  
  • Leader execution and frontline management cadence  
  • Sales enablement and onboarding effectiveness  
  • Prospecting and pipeline generation  
  • Sales call execution and deal progression  
  • Product knowledge and competitive fluency  
  • Sales leadership development  
  • Strategic partnerships and channel growth  
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Product  

 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including 4+ years in outbound sales and 2+ years in SaaS  
  • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams  
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills  
  • Experience leading turnaround or high-growth sales environments  
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field  

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%
