RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage centralized contract intake, review, and lifecycle
Ensure compliant, on-schedule venue launches by proactively addressing regulatory needs and tracking all necessary business filings, permits, licenses, fleet, lease, and insurance requirements
Act as the primary compliance point for new openings and operations, identifying gaps and supporting timely filings and renewals
Manage a centralized repository of contracts and compliance documents, leading the implementation of tracking tools
Manage the day-to-day operations of insurance claims management - coordinating with brokers, adjusters, assigned counsel, and other stakeholders to defend Level99’s interests
Participate in projects to improve scalability and effectiveness
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
7+ years in contract management, regulatory compliance, or operations within a fast-paced, multi-unit environment (food, retail, hospitality)
Experience managing multi-state/jurisdiction regulatory requirements
Proven ability to create and manage systems/workflows from scratch
Strong organizational and detailed project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; skilled in cross-functional collaboration
Tech-savvy; CLM/compliance software experience preferred; AI (Claude, Gemini, etc) expertise a plus
Independent, self-starting mindset with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude
OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
Systems thinker; values structure and clarity but excels in entrepreneurial settings
Navigates ambiguity well, building scalable solutions
Internal stakeholder focus with a customer-service mindset
