Category Strategy & Insights Manager - Costco (Location: Remote)
The Sr Manager and their Category Advisor will drive category growth across all Mondelez's key categories (Biscuit, Bars, Candy, Cough) and deliver superior strategic and tactical recommendations to Costco. You will be responsible for converting in-depth shopping and omni retail data into actionable customer insights to drive top and bottom-line results. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, business acumen, and exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. Mondelez is seeking a strategic thinker with a proven ability to influence, build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

How you will contribute
You will:
- Build lasting business relationships by providing best-in-class strategies based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Create and deliver category reviews to accelerate growth for Mondelez and the customer
- Lead creation of new item analyses, assortment recommendations (for physical and digital store) and seasonal reviews
- Provide insight into the impact of promotional strategies
- Learn and drive digital commerce analysis and recommendations with customer
- Support ad hoc analytics and reporting requests from customer and sales team
- Lead report automation across POS sources (Nielsen, Circana, CRX, etc.)
- Utilize diverse data sources-including internal customer data, syndicated data, shopper insights, and market research-to address current business challenges and identify growth opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- High level of intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience translating data into actionable insights to drive influence and strategy
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical experience with software skills relevant to shopper research and category management functions. This includes syndicated data systems (Nielsen, Circana, Panel data, retailer systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Club experience preferred; but not required
