Men in Blazers is the No. 1 Soccer Media Network in the U.S. With a wide reach and a diverse, vocal fan base, we engage with teams, players, celebrity fans, and brands we love, to share our passion for soccer across the nation. Using humor, emotion, intelligence, and to-the-minute pop cultural aptitude, we provide fans with unique content that breaks down the biggest stories in the game in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and compulsively entertaining.

Men in Blazers is hiring a Manager, Campaign Analytics & Insights to join our Media team. You'll own how we measure, report on and tell the story of our brand partnerships, turning campaign performance across video, podcasts, newsletters, social and live events into reporting and insights that prove value to partners, sharpen our sales story and drive renewals. You'll also bring that same rigor inward, using data to guide business decisions for Men in Blazers as a brand. You'll work closely with our Media, Sales, Partnerships and Marketing teams and report to the Head of Media Strategy.

Manager, Campaign Analytics & Insights

Location: United States, Remote (East Coast Preferred)

What you’ll do:

  • Own post-campaign reporting: compile results across YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, social, digital and live activations into accurate, on-time wrap reports for brand partners.
  • Track delivery against guarantees and KPIs (impressions, reach, views, downloads, engagement, clicks) while campaigns are live, flag under-delivery early and recommend fixes.
  • Turn data into a story: build partner-facing insight decks that explain what worked, why it worked and what the brand should do next.
  • Build benchmarks: establish performance norms by platform, format and show so we know what “good” looks like and can set smart guarantees.
  • Standardize reporting: create dashboards, templates and a consistent reporting cadence that the Media, Sales and Partnerships teams can rely on.
  • Support sales and renewals: partner with Sales and Account Management to turn results into case studies, RFP proof points and renewal proposals.
  • Manage third-party measurement: coordinate brand lift studies and measurement vendors, and speak confidently about methodology with partner and agency analytics teams.
  • Inform pricing and packaging: identify which inventory over- or under-performs to shape rate cards and media plans.
  • Deepen audience insight: help build a clear, cross-platform picture of the Men in Blazers audience to strengthen pitches and inform content strategy.
  • Analyze marketing data to better understand the business impact behind our internal media efforts (i.e. merchandise, brand awareness, retention, etc…)
  • Drive business decisions for Men in Blazers: turn performance and audience data into clear recommendations for leadership on where to invest, including content, platforms, audience growth, merch and new revenue opportunities.

What you need:

  • 3+ years' experience in campaign analytics, media research or client insights at a digital publisher, sports or entertainment media company, creator network or media agency.
  • Hands-on experience reporting on branded content and sponsorship campaigns across video, audio, social and email.
  • Fluency with platform analytics (YouTube, social, podcast hosting, GA4 and newsletter platforms) and comfort reconciling data from multiple sources.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with a dashboard or BI tool (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills: you can turn a spreadsheet into a deck a brand's marketing team actually wants to read.
  • Familiarity with brand lift studies and third-party measurement vendors.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
  • A clear, collaborative communicator who works well across sales, production and talent teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Nice to have: SQL or Python; experience with sports or soccer audiences; a genuine love of the game.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
