We are looking for a strategic and data‑driven Manager, Brand & Growth to play a key role in strengthening our market presence and driving business expansion. This individual will be responsible for building strong brand awareness, improving customer acquisition, and supporting growth across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end marketing efforts, including strategy development, campaign planning, customer engagement, partnerships, and performance tracking. They will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure our messaging remains clear, consistent, and impactful across all customer touchpoints.

This role requires a leader who can think strategically, make informed, data‑driven decisions, effectively manage people, and continuously optimize how marketing contributes to overall business results.

As the Manager, Brand and Growth you will:

Marketing Strategy and Growth

  • Build and manage marketing plans that support business growth goals.
  • Identify new ways to attract customers and improve customer retention.
  • Track market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to improve strategy.
  • Ensure marketing activities support revenue growth and business priorities.

Brand Management

  • Maintain a clear and consistent brand message across all customer-facing channels.
  • Improve how customers see and experience the company’s brand.
  • Ensure all campaigns and communications reflect the company’s values and positioning.
  • Protect and strengthen brand reputation in the market.

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are well organized, delivered on time, and achieve clear business goals.
  • Improve campaign performance using data, testing, and customer feedback.
  • Support customer engagement across the full customer journey.

Partnerships and Business Development Support

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships that support growth goals.
  • Work with external partners to improve visibility, customer reach, and business opportunities.
  • Support business development efforts through marketing initiatives and relationship management.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and support marketing team members to deliver strong results.
  • Set clear goals, provide feedback, and improve team performance.
  • Work closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to align priorities.
  • Improve processes that help the team work faster and better.

Reporting and Performance Management

  • Track marketing performance using clear reports and measurable goals.
  • Use data to make better decisions and improve future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets responsibly and ensure strong return on investment.
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, growth, or business development roles.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience leading teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong experience building and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple customer channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
  • Experience using data and reporting to measure marketing performance and improve results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
