What you'll be doing

Future B2B is looking for a Manager, Audience Growth to oversee the implementation of the B2B audience growth strategy for well-known brands, including SmartBrief, Actual Tech and ITPro. Working with B2B editorial, partner, product and tech teams, the Manager, Audience Growth creates subscriber growth campaigns across owned, paid and partner channels. The Manager will report to and work with the Head of Partnerships and Audience to identify ways to enhance and evolve the comprehensive subscriber journey across the B2B division. You will evolve and accelerate Future B2B's audience tactics, reader journeys, email subscriptions, website and social traffic.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
  • 3-5 years in in an audience development, growth marketing or product marketing role at a digital/advertising/publishing company
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics.
  • Analytics that translate insights into recommendations.
  • Experience building and nurturing online communities.
  • Outside-the-box thinking with experience analyzing data
  • Proficiency with engagement tools and project management software including Salesforce, Tableau and Asana
  • Experience working across multiple departments and teams
  • Comfortable presenting ideas to different stakeholders, including senior management
