What You'll Do

As a core member of the Real-World Evidence (RWE) Marketing team, you will be a key changemaker in this effort. You will work at the intersection of science, technology, and commercial strategy, translating complex RWE and scientific expertise into compelling messaging and strategic content.
The Area of Practice Marketing team plays a pivotal role in clarifying how our RWE solutions can be applied across the entire biopharma lifecycle, from early discovery to commercialization, to drive meaningful impact and adoption.
Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You have 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting or marketing within the life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries, with a focus on oncology being a strong plus.

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $114,400.00 - $171,600.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

- Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated messaging and positioning for specific areas of practice that resonate with key buyer personas.
- Buyer Persona Strategy: Define our key buyer personas, including their decision drivers, business goals, and challenges related to using RWE.
- Sales Enablement: Create content, tools, and training to effectively enable our sales team to message and sell our RWE capabilities and expertise.
- Content Strategy: Author focused blogs, white papers, webinars, and talk tracks in coordination with our Growth Marketing and Scientific Communications teams.
Who You Are

- You have strong interpersonal skills and experience driving cross-functional initiatives with teams like sales, scientific, and brand.
- You have a working knowledge of the biopharma drug lifecycle and research, especially within oncology.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and have a demonstrated ability to take initiative and formulate solutions in challenging situations.
Extra credit
- You have an understanding of and experience across the biopharmaceutical development lifecycle
- You have familiarity with real world evidence and data products.
- You have an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH or PhD in a relevant area of study).
