Your core focus will be delivering measurable marketing impact across two focus areas: building brand awareness across areas of practice and priority offerings, and driving account-specific engagement and lead generation. You'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, launching campaigns, and improving how we target, engage, and convert our audiences.

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $140,000.00 - $210,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

What You'll Do
As the Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you'll report to the Director of Growth Marketing and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand. Your core focus will be delivering measurable marketing impact across two focus areas: building brand awareness across areas of practice and priority offerings, and driving account-specific engagement and lead generation. You'll be responsible for shaping the roadmap, launching campaigns, and improving how we target, engage, and convert our audiences.
- Execute and evolve Flatiron's demand generation strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth across high-priority accounts and products.
- Build and launch integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and microsites to engage target audiences.
- Design and own personalized ABM campaigns for strategic accounts and key areas of practice, in close collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing.
- Partner with Sales through weekly working sessions to align on outreach strategies, share campaign insights, and respond to real-time engagement signals.
- Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Demandbase and Hubspot, and deliver actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales and Brand on messaging, creative assets, and content needs to support campaign execution and engagement.
- Build the lead handoff process and follow-up workflows, and propose solutions to improve lead quality and team alignment.
- At the end of your first year, success would mean delivering measurable pipeline impact across priority products and accounts and establishing a scalable, data-informed demand gen foundation to scale future strategy.
Who You Are

- You have experience running multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and webinars
- You have a strong understanding of ABM principles and account-level engagement strategies
- You are familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- You have a data-driven mindset and experience with campaign performance analysis
- You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations and Brand
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented approach to process improvement and team alignment
- You are comfortable managing external vendors for content syndication, creative, or media buying

- You have familiarity with Demandbase, Looker, or similar platforms
- You have experience working in healthcare or life sciences
