  • Partner with the Product Manager on backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and release planning; partner with the Architect on technical sequencing.
  • Track and communicate sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health metrics to stakeholders and the SVP of Product Development.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution with the offshore development team in Argentina.
  • Manage production incidents in accordance with SLAs, including incident response coordination and post-incident reviews.
  • Ensure team deliverables comply with architectural standards set by the Architect.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-assisted development tools within the team in partnership with the Product Manager and Architect.
  • Stay current on relevant technologies and bring promising approaches to the team for evaluation.
  • Manage and develop staff, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and recognition.
  • Plan and organize workload and team assignments.
  • Review work for quality, presentation, and conformance to policies and procedures.

Is this role for you?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, and/or 5-7 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) and eligible to work in FedRAMP-authorized environments.
  • Prior experience leading or managing a software development team (formal or informal team lead role acceptable).
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent agile leadership role, including running ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS platforms built on AWS (serverless and/or containerized).
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture best practices (e.g., AWS Well-Architected Framework or similar principles).
  • Experience supporting production environments with SLA commitments, including incident response and post-incident review.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present sprint progress and delivery of health to senior stakeholders.

In addition to the perks of working with an awesome team, CloudHesive offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, training on cutting-edge technologies and partners (AWS), a flexible work schedule, responsible time off, standing desks, a kitchen filled with employee-selected snacks, and much more! If you think you’d be a great fit, we’d like to learn more about you!
