As the Affiliate Marketing Manager at SharkNinja, you will be instrumental in managing, expanding, and optimizing our affiliate program to support our owned and operated websites. Your efforts will directly contribute to brand growth and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) revenue. You'll collaborate closely with teams across Performance Media (Paid Social, Paid Search), PR, Brand Marketing (Product & Integrated), Analytics, and Creative to ensure aligned, full-funnel messaging. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing, revenue-driving channel that's experiencing strong, consistent growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and Scale the Affiliate Program: Oversee day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management to drive growth across SharkNinja's owned and operated DTC sites.
  • Affiliate Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategies to diversify the affiliate portfolio, identifying opportunities across content creators, coupon sites, loyalty partners, influencers, and emerging affiliate types.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and generate actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, including partner payouts, technology/platform costs, and campaign incentives, ensuring cost-effective performance.
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Support: Support full-funnel marketing efforts by ensuring affiliate strategies align with broader digital marketing initiatives and brand objectives.
  • Compliance and Brand Integrity: Ensure all affiliate content aligns with SharkNinja's brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and legal standards.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and affiliate innovations to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Deliver regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders, demonstrating the channel's impact on revenue and brand growth.

Key Skills/Functions
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external partners

Qualifications
  • 5+ Years in Affiliate Marketing Proven experience managing an affiliate program, ideally in a consumer goods, e-commerce, or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) environment.
  • Affiliate Network Expertise Hands-on experience with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Awin). Experience launching or scaling programs on these platforms is highly valuable.
  • Affiliate Agency Experience Preferred
  • Partner Development & Relationship Management Track record of identifying, onboarding, and optimizing affiliate partnerships across content, influencer, coupon, loyalty, and deal sites.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience working with paid media, brand marketing, creative, PR, and analytics teams to drive integrated marketing efforts.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting Demonstrated ability to analyze affiliate channel performance, use attribution tools, and deliver insights to drive growth.
  • Budget & Payout Management Experience setting and managing channel budgets, partner commission structures, and incentive models.
  • Full-Funnel Marketing Knowledge Understanding how affiliate fits into the broader marketing mix (awareness to conversion) and supports multi-channel strategy.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Pay Range
$101,300-$135,000 USD
