The Management Associate (MA) participates in a critical and highly successful two-year program focused on developing the Company’s next pool of leadership talent. Throughout the program, Management Associates rotate through various lines of domestic and international business in order to gain a strong knowledge of each business and a solid understanding of Carrington as a whole, both functionally and culturally.
