Build and maintain broker and seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. The role also supports data dictionaries, exception reporting, and operational improvements.

Reviews FHA Part A mortgage insurance claims for accuracy, verifies foreclosure and default timelines, confirms required documentation, communicates corrections, documents quality findings, and submits finalized claims for agency payment. The role also monitors compliance with investor, insurer, agency, and company guidelines while escalating recurring issues and meeting strict deadlines.

Leads enterprise product evaluations, implementations, integrations, and adoption initiatives. Manages cross-functional projects involving AI, automation, system modernization, and third-party platforms. Translates business requirements into implementation plans, develops business cases and ROI analyses, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, prepares executive communications, assesses risks, and supports organizational change and user adoption.

Supports the Mortgage Lending Division by producing and maintaining routine reports, dashboards, data extracts, and ad-hoc analyses. Validates data accuracy, documents reporting procedures, investigates trends and audit issues, and collaborates with business teams to understand performance metrics and reporting needs. The role requires basic Excel and data visualization skills, foundational SQL knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn internal systems and processes.

Complete and monitor residential mortgage bankruptcy ledgers, including payment history verification, ledger balancing, claims, motions, notices, document processing, audits, and deadline compliance. Research and resolve discrepancies using Fiserv/Sagent and servicer records, respond to attorneys and internal teams, handle escalated inquiries, perform manual calculations, support process improvements, coordinate projects, and train department staff.

Reviews and validates vendor invoices against allowable amounts, supporting documentation, servicing requirements, and completed work. Reconciles invoice details, researches discrepancies, communicates with vendors to resolve issues, identifies red flags, and escalates concerns. The coordinator maintains processing accuracy and timeliness while organizing workloads, controlling costs, following mortgage servicing policies, and meeting department goals.

Reviews loss mitigation underwriting decisions, approvals, denials, income and loan modification calculations for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Ensures files are complete, properly documented, and structured for audits. Completes quality checks of Fiserv tasks, tracks errors, reports trends and process improvement opportunities, trains new hires, and supports management with peer leadership and special projects.

Provide technical design, configuration, administration, integration, and support for the company Zendesk CRM (Support, Guide, Chat/Messaging, Talk, Explore). Build workflows, triggers, automations, apps, reports/dashboards, and REST API/webhook integrations. Collaborate with business partners, PMO, and senior team members, follow SDLC and change-control processes, and create documentation and user training as needed.
