The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - SAP RISE/CALM - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through consulting services for various SAP applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic goals.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in SAP applications to enhance client outcomes
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in SAP consulting
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing SAP application utilization and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Best Practice and SAP ERP
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Implementing technology solutions to enhance business processes
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
- Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Developing training materials to support team growth and development
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
