The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will support the development and optimization of advanced AI models and data solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will lead data architecture initiatives, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, and verify compliance with data governance standards. This role offers a unique chance to enhance your technical knowledge while driving impactful data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in using QlikView and Qlik Sense, which are data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports.
- Skills in data modeling, scripting, and creating interactive visual analytics.
- Understanding of data sources, data integration, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience in interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Qlik products.
- Support the development of advanced AI models and data solutions
- Lead initiatives in data architecture and refinement
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on projects
- Confirm adherence to data governance and compliance standards
- Analyze data to drive strategic decision-making
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills
- Identify opportunities for innovation in data strategies
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Additional Skills Epic reporting:
- Familiarity with Epic Systems, particularly its reporting modules.
- Experience with generating, customizing, and managing reports within Epic's healthcare software system.

- Ability to extract and analyze data from the Epic database for decision-making.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows and how reporting supports patient care and administrative processes.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
