The RDC Maintenance Administrator is primarily responsible for procurement and accounting tasks for the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for processing inventory, purchasing needed goods and services, monitoring budgets and account administration, and processing and maintaining data related to work orders.
What You Will Do
- Oversees parts inventory and responsible for purchasing for the Maintenance department
- Monitors maintenance budget and advises Maintenance Manager of risks/issue
- Completes expense reports based on business card spending
- Processes invoices and payments for expenses via Spend Management
- Maintains relationships with vendors and contractors and locates pricing on maintenance/building supplies and tools
- Maintains the EAM/7i system including data entry and generates preventative maintenance orders and work orders
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks including running reports, filing, and answering phones, faxes, and email
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving a pick-up truck
- Possess a valid state driver's license
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience organizing and supporting construction and/or maintenance activities
- Experience with budgeting, accounting, and accounts payable
