Customer Orders
- Coordinate fulfillment of orders
- Packages equipment/consumable goods
- Arrange shipping and tracking of goods
- Processes shipping transactions
- Performs inventory management and control
Field Returns and Service
- Receive customer return equipment
- Package customer return equipment for shipment
- File service documentation
- Arrange shipping and receiving
- Processes shipping/receiving transactions
Document Control Support
- Assist with management of controlled quality documents and records
