Duties/Responsibilities:


Customer Orders

  • Coordinate fulfillment of orders
  • Packages equipment/consumable goods
  • Arrange shipping and tracking of goods
  • Processes shipping transactions
  • Performs inventory management and control

Field Returns and Service

  • Receive customer return equipment
  • Package customer return equipment for shipment
  • File service documentation
  • Arrange shipping and receiving
  • Processes shipping/receiving transactions

Document Control Support

  • Assist with management of controlled quality documents and records
Preferred Qualifications
