Introduction

You enjoy working with globally dispersed teams to plan, execute and deliver localized content across multiple initiatives.
This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage localization project management queue from start to finish, including grooming requests from internal stakeholders, identifying, and bridging gaps, tracking deadlines, and driving projects to completion
  • Collaborate with internal customers and external agencies to ensure clear communication and status throughout project life cycle
  • Ensure localization of core global brand and creative is accurate
  • Own translation quality, and manage linguistic assets
  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders to educate them on localization methodologies and best options for their needs
  • Proactively forecast in market review schedules to local teams
  • Serve as a first point of escalation for in-market teams, tasks with addressing concerns & troubleshooting issues
  • Track project finances, call out cross-project dependencies and prevent risks
  • Track root cause analysis of issues and set preventative actions in place
  • Meet and exceed regional experience expectations

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of project/program management experience in localization in both agency and corporate setting
  • Bachelor’s in Localization, Education, Linguistics, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with various project types, from simple short (24h turnaround) to complex projects that span over months
  • Experience working with multimedia, software and creative localization
  • Proficiency in localization technologies, tools, and workflows
