The Life Cycle Management Lead is responsible for collaborating with the Product Managers and establishing part status within the Hardware Solutions -Equipment Services (HWS-EQS) portfolio.  In this role, you will be the supply chain representative attending Product Planning Group (PPG) and ensuring projects achieve milestones throughout the toll gate process.  As part of the life cycle management process, you will be responsible for updating parameters as parts move through phase out and obsolescence.  This includes communication to warehouses and finance for materials that are determined to be scrap through the Excess and Obsolete Process. 

This position reports to the Director, Global Service Supply Chain and Logistic Leader and is part of the Global Service Delivery Team located in United States and will be an on-site role. 

What you will do:

  • Attend PPG and support new project representing service supply chain
  • Review system requirements and inventory position before updating part status and complete workflows to update parts status: Active, Phase-Out, Obsolete
  • Execute the Excess and Obsolete process and communicate to finance P&L impact.  Provide opportunities to reduce inventory and recognize revenue on parts with excess inventory and ensure parts identified as scrap are executed in warehouses.
  • Collaborate with Product Mangers to ensure Excess and Obsolete parts have a decision and path forward.

Who you are:

Leader of the Danaher continuous-improvement culture (DBS).  Role model accustomed to effectively driving continuous change while leading teams in a Global environment

  • Passion for the pursuit of excellence, driving associate engagement, focused on results
  • Education in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, (or equivalent) to Bachelor’s Degree
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – list specifics 10% travel, overnight, domestic/international
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Familiarity working with SFDC, Demantra, Oracle, SAP, Magic, Intimate knowledge of Post-factory Inventory sizing and transactions.
  • Fact-based and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, honest and open – Show respect for others, have professional approach and ability to create trust and process.  Demonstrated track record of developing relationships across the organization

The annual salary range for this role is $110K – $130K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
