- Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care

- Maintain inventory logs for refrigerator, room temperature, oxygen, and vaccines
- Administer medication and educate patients/guardians on medication usage

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or 2+ years of experience as a medical assistant
- EPIC EMR experience
