Job Description
As a Lender Meeting Coordinator you will support the Debt Capital Markets ("DCM") team within the Investment Bank. You will need to have a great attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a proactive and positive attitude with a high level of professionalism. Duties include working with both internal and external clients in a professional manner both over the phone, email as well as in-person.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate lender calls, earnings calls and webinars for loan transactions and clients
  • Coordinate logistics: either virtual (organizing either Zoom or Audio Conference Calls) or hybrid / physical (in-person) (booking travel logistics such as flights, hotels, internal and external meeting space, name badges, etc.)
  • Set-up Q&A calls directly with select banks and institutional lenders
  • Send confirmation e-mails / Outlook invites to institutional lender clients
  • Send daily or intra-day periodic schedule updates to external clients and internal deal teams
  • Organize closing dinners
  • Organize internal group team building events such as holiday party and various offsites
  • Arranging DCM dinners / events at the annual Leveraged Finance Conference in Miami
  • Interact with internal and external vendors and planners
  • Coordinate and work closely with the Fixed Income Roadshow team for transactions that also involve bond transactions
  • Liaising between DCM and the Events team for client entertainment tickets such as sporting events or concerts


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word & Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly (in-house online roadshow scheduling system "PrimaryOne Events")
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent client service and professionalism
  • Exhibit tact and good judgment in confidential situations and have proven experience interacting with clients
  • Responsive, reliable, sense of urgency when dealing with high profile clients; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This includes being responsive to potential emails early in the morning, in the evening and occasionally, over the weekend as well
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks, sound judgment, team player
  • Creative problem solving abilities
  • Strong ability to leverage technology and utilize best practices
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of each transaction
