Our teams are charged with selling platform-based services globally to customers of all sizes. As a legal intern supporting Validity’s legal team, you'll assist with administrating, reviewing, and drafting contracts with a wide variety of counterparties around the world. You'll also work closely with finance and sales operations partners daily, and develop and execute legal projects (such as integrating legal tools) as required by our internal customers.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft and review agreements with SaaS customers, business development partners, and other parties.
- Assist with privacy efforts internally.
- Assist with the building of legal technology tools.
- Daily case administration and assistance with the legal department’s case docket.
- Develop legal skills and education and stay informed about relevant developments in the legal, privacy, and SaaS industries.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school - preferably a second or third year student (with a desire to enter the SaaS industry).
- Knowledge of agreements - you know what each clause does, what each party cares about most, and general technological terminology.
- Team spirit and well-developed service ethic - you are driven to be an excellent teammate to your legal colleagues, to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients, and to meet deadlines and provide solutions without alienating stakeholders.
- This is a hybrid office-based position that requires 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) in the team's Boston, Massachusetts (Financial District) office.
- This role is a summer and fall semester internship.
- Interest in or familiarity with technology or the technology industry, especially AI.
