Location:
Remote – candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The Learning & Development Manager will support the business by developing skills and knowledge of our leaders, managers and associates globally. The goal as L&D Manager will be to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that meet the business needs and improve the skills of all associates.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of the full learning cycle from design to delivery, be a great facilitator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. You must be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess excellent public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Design, Evaluate and deliver learning solutions for new and existing associates
  • Create an eLearning curriculum inclusive of assessments and certifications Create and schedule live virtual training courses using Teams and other methodologies
  • Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of Workday Learning
  • Utilize Workday Learning to administer courses, surveys, register participants, analyze, and report on training
  • Produce monthly Learning Dashboard to track key metrics.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, managers and associates
  • Provide guidance on professional development
  • Recommend solutions and ways to streamline training and methods
  • Report on training activities to key stakeholders
  • Perform needs analysis and make learning recommendations.
  • Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and develop learner remediation plans.
  • Participate in continuing professional development programs as appropriate.
  • Facilitate Leadership & Management Development, soft skills, and behavioral Programs virtually and in person.
  • Develop and manage learning process/policies
  • Support L&D Leader on budget and supplier management
  • Work with external suppliers and manage relationships
  • Any other duties as required by function/team
  • Maintain and update online knowledge base with process/policy changes.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. CPTD preferred.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (desired) and Workday Learning.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a L&D position executing full learning cycle
  • Solid knowledge of the latest adult learning practices.

Travel Requirements:

  • 30% travel

Desired Characteristics:

  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Certifications in DiSC, SLII, Crucial Conversations (desired)
