Job Description SummaryThe Learning & Development Coordinator leads the coordination and execution of GE Aerospace’s learning curricula. This role administers both classroom and virtual programs, including end-to-end planning, logistics, delivery, and sustainment, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Coordinator partners closely with the L&D Regional and Program Managers to operationalize learning plans, provide visibility to key metrics, and respond to internal customer needs with agility and precision. Success requires strong corporate learning and development coordination experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Cornerstone LMS, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage learning programs throughout their lifecycle, including demand planning, logistics, production, and post-session sustainment.
  • Manage session logistics and readiness for virtual and in-person delivery, including scheduling, invites/rosters, platforms/rooms, materials, facilitators, and vendor coordination.
  • Administer the Learning Management System for relevant programs, including setting up offerings and managing enrollments, rosters, and completions.
  • Communicate course information to participants and address their questions in a timely manner.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve standard work, templates, and operating cadences to ensure consistency and efficiency across programs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution and enhance the user experience for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing Lean tools and resources to accurately record and track completion of key performance indicators.
  • Monitor key metrics and data points, such as course enrollments and costs, and flag trends for decision-making.
  • Partner with Learning Program Managers on key initiatives and projects.
  • Support communications, change management, and stakeholder updates to drive awareness, adoption, and learner experience quality.
  • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing workflows in alignment with company processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a similar field)

Desired Characteristics

  • Proficiency with Cornerstone LMS, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to work with business leaders and a broad range of training administration and delivery vendors, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment while balancing and executing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Learning Management System as an administrator managing technical backend
  • Experience in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization, navigating complex structures and processes
  • Demonstrated success coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable outcomes
  • Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing (e.g., SSS)
  • Confidence using AI in everyday work

Travel and Location

  • Location/Work Arrangement: Remote; must be within 40 miles of a major US airport and located in the Eastern or Central time zone
  • Travel: 10% or less

The base pay range for this position is $78,000 - $85,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on September 18th, 2026.
