About Our Global Digital Content Team:
The Global Digital Content team plays an integral part in customer success by imparting product knowledge through sharing access to product information with our customers and partners through different formats, including documentation, eLearning, instructor led courses, videos, and other learning. The goal of our team is to meet our customers where they want to learn and provide them with access to content that facilitates the learning process. At Aras we are currently experiencing unprecedented growth which brings our Digital Content team into a period of revolutionary change. To help lead with this change we are looking for an enthusiastic leader to help continue to reshape our L&D group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop the L&D Team: Manage and mentor a team of trainers, instructional designers, and course developers. Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- LMS Implementation and Management: Help guide the implementation of a new LMS (Thought Industries) coming to Aras then oversee the administration, optimization, and evolution of the organization’s LMS platform once in place. Ensure seamless user experience and data-driven performance tracking.
- AI-Driven Content Strategy: Identify opportunities to use AI for automating and enhancing content creation, delivery, and personalization at scale.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between the L&D function and senior leadership. Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to drive business alignment.
- Program Development and Evaluation: Guide the design and rollout of learning programs that align with business goals and customer/partner development needs. Implement metrics and analytics to assess effectiveness.
- Change Management and Culture Building: Act as a change agent for learning culture. Lead L&D initiatives that support business growth, performance, and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing LMS platforms (e.g., Thought Industries, Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle)
- Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools and content generation platforms
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, blended learning, and instructional design best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving cross-functional projects and influencing at all levels of the organization
- Certification in L&D or Instructional Design (e.g., CPLP, ATD, CPTM)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Background in digital transformation or organizational change initiatives
