Your Responsibilities
- Clarify customer requirements and assess technical, economic, and scheduling feasibility
- Develop system concepts, perform system design, and prepare comprehensive technical proposals in collaboration with specialist departments
- Identify, evaluate, and manage technical, commercial, and scheduling risks
- Prepare and manage internal approval and decision-making processes
- Conduct technical clarifications and negotiations with subcontractors and partners
- Provide reliable technical support to customers throughout the entire sales cycle
- Contribute to the ongoing development of product and system solutions and explore new customer applications and market opportunities
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), renewable energy, and microgrids, with strong knowledge of customer use cases, industry standards, and regulations
- Proven experience with EPC BESS and/or hybrid projects (e.g. solar + storage)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink
- Independent, structured, analytical, and proactive working style
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding regional business trips and project assignments
