This is a role for a seasoned program leader who thrives at the intersection of systems, teams, and strategy, and who can bring order, momentum, and measurable results to work that touches the whole company.
       • Lead cross-functional programs spanning Salesforce and product teams, driving meaningful outcomes across all of GTM including Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Marketing.

      • Translate business goals into clear, actionable roadmaps, frameworks, and execution plans that align Salesforce, product, and GTM teams
      • Architect and orchestrate change across the Salesforce platform and connected systems, partnering closely with RevOps, engineering, and business owners
      • Establish program governance, operating cadences, and reporting that keep large initiatives on track and dependencies visible
      • Collaborate with BI, engineers, RevOps, and business leaders to align strategy and deliver on outcomes
      • Present program progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership, including our CEO and executive team
      • Manage timelines, resources, and trade-offs across multiple concurrent initiatives with calm clarity
      • Drive decision-making in ambiguous spaces using structured thinking, smart sequencing, and measurable results
      • Build and lead working groups around central strategy pillars, keeping momentum high and blockers low
 The Experience You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years leading technical and cross-functional programs, including significant experience at a fast-scaling tech company
  •  Proven success owning large, complex, company-wide programs from idea through execution and adoption
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of the Salesforce platform and CRM ecosystems, including how Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected GTM systems support Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Support
  • Strong fluency in RevOps and the systems and data that connect Salesforce to the product and the broader GTM motion
  • Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and creative thinking
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical programs for diverse audiences
  • Experience presenting regular updates—including insights, recommendations, and program progress—to senior leadership, including the CEO and executive team
  • Track record collaborating with data scientists, sales, marketing, product, revenue operations, and other business leaders to align strategy and deliver outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and test design; advanced Excel skills required
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
  • Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models; eCommerce experience is a
    bonus

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
