Role• Manage end-to-end intake process for large, cross-program business cases• Validate scope, requirements, and impacted programs• Apply strong TPM rigor to identify missing dependencies, upstream/downstream impacts, and integration points• Challenge assumptions in estimates (labor, infra, timelines) and ensure alignment between business intent and technical execution• Coordinate estimation inputs across Technology, Finance, ONE, and BizOps• Drive timeline, milestones, and stakeholder alignment through approval cycle• Ensure consistency and quality of business case inputs and assumptions• Facilitate cross-program tradeoffs and dependency management• Prepare materials for executive reviews and approval forums• Partner with VP to enforce governance standards and approval matrix• Identify process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
All About You• 8-12+ years in Technical Program Management, PMO, or portfolio governance• Experience working across Technology, Finance, and Product organizations• Strong TPM execution and orchestration capability• Ability to connect business requirements to technical implications• Strong dependency mapping and risk identification skills• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills• Education: Bachelors required; advanced degree a plus
