If you are located in MN or DC, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This position follows an office-Base schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Maintain metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders on program level plans, progress & quality
  • Lead initiatives to integration audit and compliance systems with broader business operations, improving connectivity and data flow across departments
  • Ensure all non-functional needs are identified (quality, performance, security, reliability, scalability, supportability)
  • Collaborate with users and stakeholders to optimize data collection, management and analysis processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security
  • Lead enterprise-wide Compliance Hub audit management tool as Product Owner, responsible for developing a roadmap, managing enhancements, and prioritizing automation opportunities across teams
  • Lead requirements gathering, feature intake, solution reviews, and backlog prioritization

  • Responsible for defining and managing the definition of done/ acceptance criteria
  • Identifies opportunities to form outcome aligned product technical teams
  • Facilitates the breakdown of Product Backlog Items (PBI's, the what & why) and associated technical and system requirements into sprint backlog items (the how) by the development team
  • Facilitates prioritization discussions to align on a single backlog
  • Removes any process roadblocks to the development team delivering solutions to the problems
  • Strives to collapse the feedback loop from the user to the development team (Ensure continuous integration, delivery, deployment is a priority)
  • Identify, manage dependencies/risks that impact other teams' backlogs
  • Ensures Sprint Backlogs are effective & efficient

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years working experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment
  • 2+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple scrum team projects
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile Management tools (e.g. Rally, Aha!)

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
