- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering engineering excellence and best practices
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring/Spring Boot for building scalable microservices
- 5+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience with API design and development (RESTful and GraphQL)
- 2+ years of experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- 2+ years of experience with version control systems such as Git
- 2+ years experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka
- 2+ years experience with caching technologies such as Redis
- 1+ year of experience with AI/ML concepts, including:Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems design
- Strong understanding of frontend-backend integration patterns using API-driven architecture
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and tracing
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as:
Jenkins, Harness, Artifactory, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Black Duck, Splunk
