JOB SUMMARY
As a Lead Product Operations Analyst within TriNet’s Products organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a best-in-class product operating model. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence across the end to end product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.
This is a highly hands-on, outcomes-driven role with ownership of iterative process improvement at scale. You will lead the design, implementation, and measurement of product operations frameworks, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and data-driven decision making while enabling teams to deliver value faster and with greater impact.
Essential Duties/Responsibilites
• Lead product lifecycle process excellence in partnership with Engineering, Business, and Portfolio/Program leaders to enable scalable, high impact delivery.
• Lead the adoption of modern product methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean), tailoring practices to organizational maturity to maximize effectiveness and uptake.
• Lead data driven storytelling that translates product performance metrics into clear insights on company outcomes and decision making.
• Lead strategic recommendations on operational priorities and risks critical to the success and scalability of the product organization.
• Lead cross business alignment to ensure product execution advances shared, company wide strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field such as Computer Science or System Engineering - Required
Work Experience
• Typically 8 plus years - Working experience in Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, or an operational role that worked closely with product and engineering teams - Required
Licenses and Certifications
• Project Management - Preferred
• Scrum/Agile - Preferred

Travel Requirements

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $108,700.00 to $239,100.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
