Job Description:

The Role

Entegris is seeking a Lead, Commercial Strategy & Pricing to support enterprise‑level commercial execution across growth planning, pricing, and deal strategy. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates under general direction and exercises significant judgment and influence across Sales, Commercial, Finance, Product, and Sales Operations.

The role blends commercial strategy and pricing expertise to help Entegris understand growth opportunities, set and support sales targets, and drive disciplined pricing and margin outcomes. The successful candidate will translate data, market insights, and customer dynamics into actionable guidance that improves execution in the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and communicate a clear view of revenue and growth opportunities by integrating external market dynamics with internal performance, portfolio positioning, and customer trends.

  • Support annual planning, target setting, and in‑year performance management, aligning market insights with pipeline and opportunity data.

  • Analyze SFDC opportunity pipelines to assess pipeline health, deal timing, win rates, pricing and margin risk, and gaps to target; track progress and surface risks and opportunities.

  • Generate competitive and market insights and translate them into practical guidance for pricing, deal strategy, and sales execution.

  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to build and refine sales playbooks, including deal strategy, value positioning, and price realization guidance.

  • Lead pricing initiatives and deal support, including scenario modeling, pricing recommendations, deal structuring, and margin analysis for complex and strategic opportunities.

  • Identify pricing and portfolio optimization opportunities through customer, deal, and data analysis.

  • Enhance pricing tools, processes, and governance, ensuring alignment with business strategy and consistent field adoption.

  • Apply advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools to improve pricing logic, deal guidance, and insight generation.

  • Train and enable Sales teams on pricing and commercial tools, logic, and best practices.

  • Track and communicate commercial and pricing performance metrics, delivering clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.

What We Seek

  • 6–10 years of experience in commercial strategy, pricing, finance, or a related analytical role.

  • Experience working in complex B2B or unit‑driven manufacturing environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and influence outcomes across functions without direct authority.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect markets, customers, pricing, and revenue outcomes.

  • Hands‑on experience with Sales Force (or commercial CRM software), commercial analytics, and pricing tools.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and Copilot (or other AI tools).

  • Strong analytical and financial skills with a proven ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

  • Clear, structured communicator comfortable engaging Sales teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.

  • Compensation: $108,000- $135,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
