We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our Portfolio Marketing efforts for two of our biggest campaigns: Summer Grilling and Holiday. As the Lead, Portfolio Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs that build our brands' equity via strong situational salience, grow topline sales in power windows, improve customer relationships, and deliver strong ROI. You will manage one direct report and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, including BU Platform Marketing, Media, Partnerships, Away From Home, and external agencies.

Portfolio Campaign Development: Craft breakthrough and compelling marketing campaigns that increase brand situational salience, grow basket size, and deliver strong ROI using quantitative data and strategic clarity to inform creative strategy and tactical execution.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong creative platforms that allow for customized marketing campaigns with priority customers, aligning both customer and brand strategies enabling our Omni Shopper & Sales teams to leverage as a key tool to improve our customer relationships and deliver brand and category growth.
Topline Sales Growth: Partner with Brand Marketing teams, Insights, and agency partners to create compelling marketing communications and promotions that drive sales growth during key power windows, including:

$137,400.00 - $171,700.00

- Summer Grilling: Lead the development of a portfolio program that drives sales growth during the largest power window of the year, Summer Grilling. Tapping into some of our most iconic brands in our portfolio like HEINZ, OSCAR MAYER, and CLAUSSEN you'll have the opportunity to leverage key partnerships and promotions to reach key consumers in a compelling way.
- Holiday: Lead the development of a dual complexity Holiday portfolio program where we celebrate Thanksgiving and December holidays with both our sweet and savory brands. Whether it's partnering with our desserts brands like JELL-O and JET-PUFFED or our Thanksgiving favorites of STOVE TOP and HEINZ Gravy you'll have to tap into both the functional and emotional needs of the occasion, keeping our brands top of mind.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Align with key stakeholders both horizontally and vertically with leadership across Brand teams, Omni Shopper Marketing and Portfolio Marketing on campaign strategy and development.
- Collaborate with Insights and Finance teams to inform consumer & customer strategy and ensure accurate financial forecasting.
- Provide strategic guidance, creative direction and feedback to both internal and external agency partners on a regular basis.
- Partner with and manage expectations with Account Directors at external agency partners to deliver the scope of the program against key milestones.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on portfolio marketing and team leadership
- Experienced in either single or multi-brand strategy & communications
- Proven track record of positively impacting topline sales growth, and ROI
- Leader in collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams, external agencies and varied stakeholders within a complex organizational matrix
- Strong strategic thinker with a bias to action and proactivity in problem-solving. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders
- Recognized as strong people leader who values team and individual development
