Job Description
Position Summary
The Brand Manager , Frozen Meals , will be accountable for developing the overall brand strategies, plans, and programs for our grow brands ( HomeBake 425/30 & Devour ) .
This position is best suited for someone who is a strategic problem solver, curious learner , has a bias for action, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve agreed upon deadlines and to drive the future of frozen meals at Kraft Heinz.
Key Components of the Role
  • Collaborate with Sr Brand Manager to develop & complete long term strategy on grow platforms to meet both consumer & retailer needs
  • Leverage syndicated data sources to understand own and competitor performance, bringing forth insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with brand communications team to develop best in class 360 marketing campaigns
  • Determine financial viability, operational feasibility, and strategic fit of brand activities
  • Partner with sales to own relationships with strategic & growth accounts
  • Own the P&L for respective brands and categories and accountability for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives
  • Partner with Rev Man/Finance to assess Price Promo Architecture plans
  • Manage relationships with external partners

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business , Marketing, or related field; MBA with Strategy, Marketing, or General Management emphasis preferred
  • Prior experience managing a P&L preferred , s trong commercial acumen
  • Ability to influence management, lead cross functional teams, handle simultaneous projects, and work through others
  • Excellent leadership skills, operates independently and motivated by success
  • Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights
  • Agile mindset to drive forth decision making and implementation in needed timings
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving decisions via strong, data led stories
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent organization and project management skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
