  • Adjust automation systems and create new workflows when needed.
  • Re-engage cold and warm leads that have not been contacted recently.
  • Follow up with past clients throughout the year to maintain relationships and engagement.
  • Support occasional weekend listing preparation tasks and client communication when needed.
  • Ensure backend systems and daily operations run efficiently without constant supervision.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in CRM management, lead coordination, appointment setting, or backend operations.
  • Strong experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience building automations with ManyChat, Meta, TikTok, or similar systems.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities.
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
  • Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

    • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
    • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
