Leads production operations for an application, database, or infrastructure area while protecting CUI and maintaining CMMC and regulatory compliance. Reviews data flows, supports incident response, remediates compliance gaps, documents incidents, triages service issues, communicates impacts, and monitors system health during after-hours coverage. Applies critical thinking, problem-solving, Agile, and Lean methods to improve operations, establish performance metrics, and support service-level delivery.

- Overnight Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM EST Mon-Fri.
- Conduct reviews of data flows to ensure CUI remains within authorized boundaries.
- Assist with incident response activities involving CUI.
- Track and remediate compliance gaps related to CUI protection requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, CMMC requirements, and applicable regulatory standards governing CUI.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and operational activities using approved ticketing and reporting systems.
- Conduct incident triage and provide timely communication to stakeholders regarding service impacts and resolution status.
- Support continuity of operations by monitoring system health, identifying potential issues, and initiating corrective actions during after-hours periods.
- Applies problem solving and Critical Thinker approaches to understand and improve production operations for an application or service area.
- Understands Agile and Lean methods and be able to apply them to day to day operations.
- Creates metrics for improvement and guide the operations team through the process to operationalize these metrics.
