The Lead IT Telecom Architect designs and optimizes Telecom and Contact Center architecture to meet business goals, ensuring security and performance. Responsibilities include strategy development, technology evaluation, system implementation oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Edifecs EDI solutions and maps for healthcare transactions. Troubleshoot transmissions, update XEngine configurations, write Groovy scripts, integrate systems via middleware, support QA, and apply DevOps/Cloud practices in an Agile environment.

Lead cloud infrastructure strategy and transformation for the enterprise data platform. Design secure, scalable AWS/Azure/GCP environments, champion secure-by-design practices, remediate vulnerabilities, coach engineering teams, perform architecture reviews and root cause analysis, and liaise with executives and stakeholders to drive cloud engineering standards and operational excellence.

Provide immediate, compassionate crisis support via call, chat, and text. Conduct risk assessments, de-escalate situations, create safety plans, coordinate emergency or mobile crisis responses, refer to community resources, and complete follow-up contacts. Meet performance metrics, complete required trainings, and comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

Lead federal business development for health, readiness, and workforce support: build and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, support capture and proposals, mentor BD staff, develop account strategies, and present strategic insights to leadership to drive revenue growth.

Supervise and manage Personal Financial Counselors (PFCs), ensure DoD program compliance, review deliverables, oversee counseling quality, coordinate with installation POCs, handle conflict of interest and reporting processes, and support quality improvement and program reporting.
