WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Converse is looking for a Lead, Digital Product Manager to lead product management for our digital commerce experience domain. This role owns the roadmap and execution across key consumer-facing capabilities, including browse-to-buy experiences, content management, search and merchandising, checkout, and digital experimentation. The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a data-driven mindset, using consumer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform product strategy and drive measurable business outcomes. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing cross-functional teams, and mentoring less experienced teammates while remaining closely connected to execution.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Converse’s Global Digital Experience & Capabilities team owns user experience and digital product management for the consumer experience across Converse.com. This role reports to the Director of Global Digital Experience & Capabilities and serves as the product lead for assigned commerce capabilities. You will partner closely with Technology, UX Design, Experience Strategy, Analytics, and business teams to define priorities, deliver capabilities, and drive business outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • At least 7 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Commerce, or a related field
  • Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for consumer-facing digital products
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce experiences, including product discovery, content management, merchandising, search, checkout, and conversion optimization
  • Experience leveraging analytics, consumer insights, and experimentation to drive product decisions and business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers and contributing to a strong product management culture
  • An engineering background is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with A/B testing is desirable – setting up the tests, creating testing portfolios and testing hypotheses, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You'll lead the evolution of Converse's digital commerce experience, partnering across business, technology, UX, and analytics teams to define priorities, deliver capabilities, and continuously improve consumer and business outcomes. You'll own the product roadmap for key commerce experiences while leveraging experimentation, performance insights, and consumer feedback to inform future investment decisions.

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across key digital commerce capabilities within the browse-to-buy journey
  • Identify opportunities through consumer insights, business needs, analytics, and market trends
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through launch and optimization
  • Partner with Technology, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality consumer experiences
  • Drive roadmap prioritization and investment recommendations by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Lead the digital commerce experimentation portfolio, defining learning agendas and scaling successful outcomes
  • Partner with Analytics teams to define success metrics, measure performance, and evaluate product impact
  • Synthesize analytics, experimentation results, and consumer insights into clear recommendations that shape product strategy and roadmap priorities
  • Champion data-informed decision making and continuous optimization across the commerce experience
  • Mentor and support less experienced product management teammates while helping elevate product management practices across the organization

POSITION LOCATION & SCHEDULE

This position is based at our Converse headquarters location in downtown Boston, MA. You'll work a "4/1 hybrid" schedule - Mondays - Thursdays are in the office and it's optional if you'd like to work Fridays from the Boston office or your home office.
