As a Lead Development Representative, you will be joining our revenue team to support our sales development team. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to enrich Salesforce accounts with accurate firmographic and technographic data, communicate effectively, meet performance metrics, conduct research and problem-solve, and complete other assigned responsibilities. You will play a critical role in driving the pipeline that is fueling our massive growth. In this role, you’ll work towards mastery across our internal technology tools, prospecting & account research, data enrichment , and BuildOps products as you prepare for your next BIG role at BuildOps.

What you’ll do:
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Revenue Operations to support lead & data development
- Identify quality opportunities for our sales team through research and prospecting
- Take ownership of data within our systems and proactively identify trends and ways to improve our processes
- Deliver and meet the performance metrics for the position and team
- Conduct cross-functional research and problem-solving with our sales team
- Perform additional responsibilities as defined by sales leadership & revenue operations management team
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Data Enrichment
- Conduct outbound calls to accounts and contacts to verify and enrich critical firmographic and technographic data
- Research and update key decision-makers, buying signals, and organizational structures within Salesforce.com
- Work with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay to improve data accuracy
- Maintain clean CRM records by ensuring all lead and account data is up to date
Lead Qualification & Support
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to gather missing information and validate fit
- Manage re-engagement campaigns to bring dormant leads back into the pipeline
- Score and rank leads based on engagement, intent signals, and firmographic data to ensure SDRs and AEs focus on high-probability opportunities
Revenue Operations & Process Optimization Support
- Assist with lead routing and territory assignments to ensure SDRs and AEs are working the right accounts
- Support data integrity efforts by identifying and fixing duplicate, incomplete, or outdated records in the CRM
- Provide data insights and reporting to help improve outbound strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead scoring models and optimize outreach strategies
Bonus:
- Previous CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
- Familiarity with the commercial contractor industry
- Previous experience at a technology startup
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalence in professional experience
