EF Explore America is seeking a Lead Development Coordinator to join our New Leads team (part of Growth Marketing team) who will primarily focus on generating new business through email marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for partnering with sales teams to manage, plan, and implement marketing strategies aimed at generating new business, and furthering our mission of opening the world through education.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with external clients and internal sales staff
- Provide regular stats and reports to keep Director of Sales, Sales Managers and sales consultants informed
- Partner with Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and sales consultants to help drive focus, support strategic plans, and execute tactically
- Implement your proficiency in Microsoft Office to deploy, track and maintain all marketing campaigns

- Compensation for this role is $50,000, with a bonus potential of $10,000
