Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities; communicate findings through compelling narratives and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to support real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and optimize performance.
- Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to evaluate business outcomes and forecast future trends.
- Deliver executive-ready presentations enriched with contextual insights and strategic recommendations.
- Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact analytics and ad hoc reporting.
What will help you succeed
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Post-Sales Operations within high-tech or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights using SQL, DAX, PowerQuery, and statistical tools.
- Strong understanding of statistical testing, regression analysis, and data validation techniques.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Python.
- Agile mindset with the ability to pivot between strategic analysis and operational execution.
