- Collaborate with the CTO to define and articulate our evolving observability strategy and narrative.
- Translate abstract concepts, conversations, workshops and deep dives, and sketches into structured and understandable written outputs.
- Partner with Product Comms, GTM Product Management, and R&D stakeholders to create foundational documents and resources.
- Help visualize complex ideas through outlines, diagrams, and clear logic flows.
- Contribute to shaping our voice in the observability space - internally and externally.
- Bring structure and clarity to thinking that often moves faster than words.
What will help you succeed
- Education in either computer science, software engineering, information technology or technical and/or visual communication.
- Strong grasp of software engineering principles and concepts in the cloud-native space.
- Exceptional English writing skills, with experience translating technical ideas into business-relevant narratives.
- 3-5 years' experience in the observability industry, with deep understanding of concepts and modern software development practices.
- Strong structural thinker who thrives on untangling complexity and organizing abstract ideas.
- Confident working closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
