The Lead Data Analyst analyzes audience behavior and content performance on streaming platforms, providing insights to drive product strategy and business decisions through data analysis and reporting.

- Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally’s Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
- Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions
- Deliver recurring executive reporting that highlights key trends, opportunities, and risks
- Spot patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends before anyone else does
- Validate data integrity across analytics tools and pipelines, digging in when numbers don’t line up
- Partner with engineering and vendors to resolve analytics or instrumentation issues
- Support Product, Programming, Marketing, and Finance with analysis that drives smarter decisions
- Improve and scale analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting workflows as our platforms grow
Salary range: $100,000-$140,000 USD

Qualifications Experience Preferred 6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics Experience analyzing consumer digital products (media or streaming experience is a plus) Excellent SQL and data analysis skills Experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar Familiarity with streaming analytics platforms such as Mux or equivalent Experience building dashboards and executive-level reporting Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights that people can actually use Equal Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
