Define and track key sales process performance metrics, identifying and resolving gaps across the funnel.
Technology & Architecture Alignment
Develop a business architecture blueprint that maps GtM journeys, processes, and systems across the funnel.
Partner with GtM Systems leads (RevOps, Business Transformation) to ensure process design is embedded within the systems governance ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, LeanData, CPQ/CLM, Forecasting).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the connective tissue across GtM functions, ensuring alignment between process stakeholders and technology product owners.
Influence and shape the roadmap with Business Transformation and Product Management teams to ensure priorities are synchronized with operational needs.
Your Experience:
7+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Architecture, or Process Optimization roles.
Deep experience designing and operationalizing lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
Strong cross-functional leadership with a track record of designing and architecting process across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
Skills:

Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, actionable designs.
Clear, structured communicator with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
Strong knowledge and experience in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), particularly in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced formulas for data modeling.
