As a Vice President in the Latin America Digital Channels team at J.P. Morgan, you will play a pivotal role in the commercialization of our digital platforms across the region. Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercialization strategy for digital platforms across Latin America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital banking initiatives and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase platform adoption and usage.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with LATAM regulatory requirements and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Engage with multi-disciplinary teams across the region to build strong relationships and drive collaborative success.
  • Utilize product management skills to oversee the development and enhancement of digital products.
  • Understand global digital platforms and ensure local compliance and market relevance in Latin American countries.
  • Develop partnerships with third-party vendors to create strategic alliances.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital banking or related fields.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the LATAM regulatory environment.
  • Strong relationship skills to connect with multi-disciplinary teams across the region.
  • Strong product management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Knowledge of treasury automation processes, host-to-host connectivity solutions, client ERP systems, metrics, and analytics.
  • A postgraduate degree.
