Job Description
Be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products of Trade and Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance and ensure smooth product control and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.
As an Associate in SCF Hub, you spearhead efforts to boost revenue in the Supply Chain Finance and Core Trade Finance business through efficient customer onboarding including ESG-linked initiatives by working closely with Sales, Advisory and Product and Program Management teams. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
Partner with Program Managers and Sales to identify new SCF opportunities and manage end to end enrollment and post set up maintenance and control, administration of supplier life cycle into SCF systems.
Perform, Define, and administer effective controls like entity validation, Sanctions, RegW and Negative Media as well as implementing effective Lien Governance
Raises blockers and other impediments including effective escalations to the Product, Legal, Program to manage dependencies and ensure
Automate and streamline core SCF processes to increase efficiency and offer seamless support across the business, including participation in tech releases and regression/UAT testing of new flow/business.
Maintains periodic reporting of KPIs and contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA), and identify trends and outliers
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years within Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Core Trade, Financial Services area, products
- Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Process and workflow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- Availability to work from 10 am to 9 pm (shifts)
