Vi søger netop nu en engageret Lønspecialist, der har interesse og flair indenfor løn, implementering af nye kunder og som altid har højt fokus på at levere et godt stykke arbejde. Stillingen er en del af Payroll teamet som leverer ekstern lønadministration. Dette er primært med fokus på internationale klienter; ofte i samarbejde med kollegaer fra de andre service-teams i CSC Danmark. Til den rette person tilbyder vi en varieret rolle indenfor lønadministration, hvor du har muligheden for at udvikle dig fagligt og udvide dit netværk. For at få succes med stillingen kræver det en høj interesse for lønadministration, at du tager ansvar for dine arbejdsopgaver og arbejder godt sammen med dit team. Hvis du dertil også har en interesse indenfor personlig udvikling og klientarbejde, så tror vi, at du er perfekt til stillingen.

 

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Administration af forskellige klienters løn, herunder bearbejdning af løndata, håndtering af lønsedler, assistance med betaling af lønninger, forskellige former for rapporteringer samt afstemninger på vegne af klienten
  • Assistere klienter med andre HR-relaterede behov såsom pension, sygdomsadministration og refusion
  • På sigt ønsker vi også at du kommer til at arbejde med implementering af nye klienter

 

Om dig:

  • Det vil være en fordel hvis du har erfaring med international kundeadministration og service
  • Du har forståelse for de danske arbejdsmarkedsregler og praksisser, der er relevante for løn
  • Du har flair for Excel og hvis du tilmed har kendskab til Epos er dette en fordel
  • Du har interesse for systemer, implementeringer og hvordan vi kan forbedre processer og rutiner
  • Du er flydende i dansk og engelsk i skrift og tale

 

Som person beskrives du som selvstændig og fleksibel, og du har fokus på klientpleje. Med din praktiske og løsningsorienterede tilgang skaber du resultater og løser klienternes behov. Herudover kan du kommunikere med præcision og finder glæde ved samarbejde, såvel internt med kolleger som med eksterne kunder og forretningspartnere.

Lønintervallet for denne specifikke stilling vil være DKK 520,000 – DKK 600,000 brutto om året.

Den endelige løn fastsættes på baggrund af relevante kompetencer, erfaring og stillingens ansvarsområde i overensstemmelse med vores objektive og kønsneutrale lønramme.
